Well made. Looks great on front of my Cadillac.

Looks great on the front of my new car. I do love the look, but I did find out that they only included two mounting screws, do I need to purchase screws? I also only had two screws in the backplate mount, when my tag came in, I needed two more for it and two more for my front plate.
