1. Send an Email to order@custom-werks.com.

2.Get Return Authorization Number (RMA#).

3.Pack and Ship it Back.

• Pack everything that came with the product using its original packaging.

• Make sure to include the RMA# on the package.

• Ship the package to the address specified in the email you received from us.

4.After we receive your package, we'll process your return within 48 hours.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged.
