Return Items

Step 1: Send an email to order@custom-werks.com to initiate your return.

Step 2: Receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) from our team.

Step 3: Pack and ship the item back to us:

• Use the original packaging and include all items that came with the product.
• Clearly write the RMA# on the package.
• Ship the package to the address provided in your email confirmation.

Step 4: Once we receive your package, we’ll process your return within 48 hours.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the seller is at fault. A 15% restocking fee applies to returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged.

Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

Exchanges

We accept product exchanges within the return window.

• Return Window: 30 days from delivery date

Return Method & Fees

• Method: By mail
• Return Label: Customer responsibility
• Restocking Fee: 15% of the product price
• Refund Processing Time: 2 days after return is received
