Shipping Info

We process and ship orders every business day, Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or National holidays.

Expected ship dates are our best estimate based on past shipping times and are more than 90% accurate. Should an unexpected delay in shipping occur, we will notify you.

USPS is our standard shipping method within the Continental U.S. FedEx Ground requires 1 to 6 business days to arrive after leaving our facility and is fully track able en route. We also ship to P.O. Boxes.

 

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico:

USPS is our standard shipping method to A.K., HI, and P.R. Delivery confirmation is included on all USPS shipments, and charges are included in your shipping charge.

APO/FPO Addresses and U.S. Protectorates/Territories:

We ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS. We can ship all items to you, although some restrictions do apply. Delivery time varies widely from 5-30 days, although most items arrive in less than two weeks. Delivery confirmation is not currently available.

 

Some items may take longer depending upon the distance, destination or weather conditions beyond our control.

Tracking Your Package:

You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail the day that your order leaves our facility. You will get an e-mail with your tracking number (if available) along with a link to track your package at the close of the business day. We love our international customers, and we’re happy to ship to more than 120 countries! Please bear in mind that, while we do everything in our power to get the package to you on time, certain things remain out of our control with international shipping (e.g., customs delays, etc.). Please keep this in mind when rating our shipping!
