Step 1: Send an email to order@custom-werks.com to initiate your exchange.

Step 2: Receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) from our team.

Step 3: Pack and ship the item back to us:

• Use the original packaging and include all items that came with the product.
• Clearly write the RMA# on the package.
• Ship the package to the address provided in your email confirmation.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the seller is at fault.

Step 4: Once we receive your package, we’ll process your exchange immediately and ship your replacement promptly.
