1. Send an Email to email@example.com.
2.Get Return Authorization Number (RMA#).
3.Pack and Ship it Back.
- Pack everything that came with the product using its original packaging.
- Make sure to include the RMA# on the package.
- Ship the package to the address specified in the email you received from us.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
4.After we receive your package, we'll process your exchange immediately.We will ship your replacement promptly.
