Order Processing:
We process and ship orders every business day, Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or National holidays. We will notify you of any delays that may occur.
Continental United States:
USPS is our standard shipping method within the Continental U.S. FedEx Ground requires 1 to 6 business days to arrive after leaving our facility and is fully trackable en route. We also ship to P.O. Boxes;
Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico:
USPS is our standard shipping method to A.K., HI, and P.R. Delivery confirmation is included on all USPS shipments, and charges are included in your shipping charge.
APO/FPO Addresses and U.S. Protectorates/Territories:
We ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS. We can ship all items to you, although some restrictions do apply. Delivery time varies widely from 5-30 days, although most items arrive in less than two weeks. Delivery confirmation is not currently available.
Some items may take longer depending upon the distance, destination or weather conditions beyond our control.
Tracking Your Package:
You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail the day that your order leaves our facility. You will get an e-mail with your tracking number (if available) along with a link to track your package at the close of the business day. We love our international customers, and we’re happy to ship to more than 120 countries! Please bear in mind that, while we do everything in our power to get the package to you on time, certain things remain out of our control with international shipping (e.g., customs delays, etc.). Please keep this in mind when rating our shipping!
An Important Note for Our International Customers:
We ship via ePacket. E-packet is the most economical method of shipping. Unfortunately, with this method of transportation, there is no guaranteed delivery time. The USPS handles the delivery from the U.S. to the country wherever the delivery address is, and then that country’s postal system delivers the package to the buyer. In general, ePacket will take between two and four weeks to arrive.
Order Consolidation/Combined Shipping:
Planning to buy multiple items? Keep shopping! Our checkout system will automatically consolidate all of your orders for the most economical shipping. And with our reduced shipping rates for Combined Orders, it always makes sense to stock up on everything you need from Custom Werks. Here’s how it works.
To benefit from Order Consolidation and Combined Club Shipping, wait until your last Buy It Now has been completed before you checkout. When you proceed to checkout, you will see that all of your items are in your shopping cart, and you will get Combined Shipping Discount. Once the checkout has is completed, consolidation will stop for that order, and no additional items added to that particular order.

Customs Duties and Taxes:
Depending on your country’s laws, you may be subject to import duties and taxes on your purchase. Your charge from Custom Werks includes only the cost of your item(s), and you will be responsible for paying any additional import duties and taxes at the time of delivery before you get your package. Please note that we have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local government office if you’d like more information.
Commercial Invoices and Declared Values:
All of our international shipments include a commercial invoice. We represent all of our products as merchandise, and the declared value for each item will be the exact price that you paid for it. We cannot, under any circumstances, lower the declared value or mark the package as anything but merchandise. We also note shipping charges on the commercial invoice as required by the carrier.
